- build a team of up to 50 members, each with full online access
- track and share conditions with health professionals
- create a journal and record memories that will become a legacy
- enjoy up to 1hr of free support to help you set up your care team quickly
There is no cost to join and you can use all of our care tools for free for 30 days.
If you need the tools for longer, there is a subscription of $25/month to help us cover expenses. The subscription includes everyone on your team. It is less than 1% of the cost of private residential care. (Please contact us about our financial aid programs if you need, but cannot afford, our services).
