The Care Tools sparked interest amongst Canadian family physicians at their annual scientific conference. Over 2000 members attended the conference to gain knowledge and tools to improve their family medicine practice. The Care Tools' presentation was particularly relevant for physicians seeking to enable their patients to be active, informed and engaged partners in care. Of particular interest were The Care Tools' capabilities to focus on patient needs, track patient conditions between visits, monitor treatments and save physicians time.
