Today, we launched a new look and new tools that make caregiving easier and more effective.

The new tools allow caregivers to share emergency information, keep track of medications, manage groups of chronic conditions, and record notes for individual conditions, if these change.

These enhancements will help healthcare professionals provide better treatment, while saving caregivers time.

Our new look is a gift from the design professionals at Ion Branding and Design. They’ve stripped away everything that was unnecessary, so the goal of easier, better care is clearer and easier to achieve.
